The CRAA is an Arizona incorporated,
non-profit organization of Chinese Restaurant owners united to
promote and improve the Chinese culinary business and to address
common concerns or problems.
The
organization started with a few Chinese Restaurant owners getting
together trying to figure out ways to improve their business. They
came up with the idea of forming a Chinese Restaurant Association. |
